Diagnosing Heat Pump Issues
Dustin did a wonderful job on diagnosing the issues with my heat pump. He explained the problems thoroughly and promptly added Freon to the unit. He even bravely ventured into the creepy crawl space and found areas where an animal had destroyed parts of the ductwork. If you need help, I highly recommend using 1st Service Heating and Air! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING COMPANY! I live out in the middle of nowhere and reached out to Dustin months ago for a duct cleaning. He was out there within 2 days, driving almost 2 hours.
