Butch Garey

With over 45 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Butch has made significant contributions to the field. He has held the position of District Manager at one of America's largest HVAC companies. Throughout his career, Butch has also served as Territory Manager for Lennox Industries, overseeing the Central/Eastern Kentucky and Western West Virginia regions. Additionally, he represented Carrier in Lexington, KY, and the Central/Eastern Kentucky area as a Territory Manager. Mr. Garey has experience in wholesale and retail sales and has served as an HVAC technical trainer.

He has provided customer service training to numerous HVAC companies across Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Kentucky. Known for his integrity, he has a strong track record of cultivating successful sales teams, achieving technical excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction over the years. Butch has encountered nearly every aspect of the HVAC industry. One of his greatest achievements is founding and operating 1st Service, where he is dedicated to delivering top-notch service to the company’s many delighted customers.
