Rachel Garey brings over 20 years of experience in marketing and management roles. She has played a vital role in establishing 1st Service Office Systems, Billing Systems, and VIP Maintenance Plan Management, in addition to overseeing Human Resources Management for the company.

1st Service is a family owned and family focused company. Butch and Rachel have seven children between them with over 20 grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Rachel is highly people-oriented and consistently aims to provide exceptional service to our diverse customer base. With her extensive background in key management roles, she possesses a profound understanding of people and the significance of prioritizing customer needs and has organization skills that helps the company operate more smoothly.

Holding both RN and BSN degrees, Rachel has transitioned from a 39 - year nursing career to apply her expertise at 1st Service. We believe she is the perfect fit for the role, as she works well with people and excels at ensuring the office runs efficiently.
